We ship our products from our warehouses in Shenzhen, using UPS, FedEx, DHL and HongKongPost as our primary delivery carriers. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours. The following is a list of the shipping services we offer:
Expedited Shipping 3 - 5 Business Days This shipping method is very fastest. Delivery times are between 3 - 5 days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item. Standard Shipping 6-8 Business Days Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 6 - 8 days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item. Super Saver Shipping 15-30 Business Days Delivery times are between 15 - 30 days for all major destinations. Although the delivery time is much longer, shipping costs are much lower when this option is chosen. Order tracking may not always be available with Super Saver Shipping. Please take this into consideration when choosing this option. Shipping Options We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. UPS is our preferred carrier, but you may also choose FedEx, DHL or HongKongPost. Expedited shipping options are also available for rush deliveries. Shipping Terms & Conditions All orders to be processed within approximately one to two business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the Next Monday. In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification. Shipping and handling charges Shipping charge is calculated according to the weight and the number of you order, as well as the shipping method chosen. wslaptopparts.com will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method. If the shipping fee does NOT appear, please review your information again or contact us after you have placed your order. In order for our system to provide an accurate shipping fee quote, please be sure to enter a valid shipping address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order. Missing, Damaged or incorrect orders We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please check that they have been dispatched by using our tracking facility (simply log in and then go to ‘Your Account’). If your order is not transmit to you, please e-mail us at master@wslaptopparts.com.
